How to Submit a Content Appeal at Nivafy: Guidelines and Process

What Types of Content Enforcements Can Be Appealed?

Content appeals at Nivafy are available for instances where content posted or distributed in certain areas of our platform (such as user-generated sections or public forums) has been removed or restricted for violating our guidelines.

Please Note: Both the reporting party and the reported party will be separately informed of our enforcement actions and provided with details on how to submit an appeal.

How to Submit an Appeal for Reported Content

If a piece of content is reported and subsequently determined by us to have violated our Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Content Guidelines for Recommendation Eligibility, it may be removed or restricted. Should your content be subject to such an action, you can appeal the decision here.

Outcome of the Content Appeal

Once your appeal is reviewed:

  • If Successful: You will receive an email confirming the success of your appeal, and the reported content will be reinstated for eligibility for recommendation.
  • If Denied: An email will be sent to you indicating that your appeal has been denied, and the content will remain ineligible for recommendation.

Further Recourse for Unsuccessful Appeals

For users who wish to contest our decision further, especially those in the EU, there is an option to engage with any out-of-court dispute settlement body certified as per Article 21.3 of the Digital Services Act. This provides an avenue to resolve disputes related to our decision. Additionally, disputes can be addressed in accordance with the terms set out in our Terms of Service.
