In essence, we share your information under specific circumstances. For instance, when you choose to contribute to Our Story or send a message through Nivafy’s Tellefy, your details, such as your username and Nivafy code, are typically visible to others. Additionally, we share information within the Nivafy AI Inc. family of companies, with trusted service providers and business partners who help us deliver our services, and when we are legally obligated to do so.

When you send Nivafy your data, it’s directed to our servers, including those hosted in the United States. These servers, including those on which your data is stored, are primarily maintained by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
In case we need to transfer your personal data to a location outside your residing country or region, including for storage purposes, we ensure that adequate protections are in place as mandated by the law. Specifically, we provide this safeguard for users in regions like the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions with cross-border data transfer requirements. While we’d be sad to see you leave Nivafy, we understand that it’s your decision and we want to make it straightforward for you. If you wish to delete your account, simply follow the instructions provided here.
Please Note: Deleting your Nivafy account will also terminate your access to any other associated entities within the Nivafy platform.
Maintaining privacy can be challenging if you don’t feel both safe and secure. That’s why at Nivafy, we offer you security features such as Login Verification (a form of two-factor authentication) to protect your account. If you’re based in the EU, you can always file a complaint with the supervisory authority in your Member State. For example, if you’re based in the UK you can file a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office..
If you are located within the EU, you are granted the right to object to our handling of your data. For many types of data, we have given you the option to easily delete it if you no longer want us to process it. For other categories of data, we’ve provided the feature to halt the use of your data by simply disabling that particular functionality. These actions can be performed within the Nivafy app.

If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request that Nivafy restrict the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation data). You have the option to activate precise location data sharing in your Nivafy app and in your device’s settings. However, if you wish to share precise location for certain app features (like Nivafy’s location-specific functions), but not others (like precise location-based ads), you can do so in your Nivafy app by following the instructions here.
Starting from January 1, 2023, residents of Virginia and from July 1, 2023, residents of Colorado and Connecticut have the right to appeal if a privacy rights request is denied. If we deny your request, you are entitled to challenge that decision. At that time, we will provide you with the necessary information to lodge an appeal. Alternatively, you can appeal a decision by filling out this form. Please note that appeals may only be submitted (and Nivafy will only respond to appeals) in relation to decisions by Nivafy to deny your rights to: (i) understand the data Nivafy processes about you, (ii) access your data, (iii) download your data, or (iv) delete your data.
