1. Log into your Nivafy account.
2. Navigate to your profile by clicking on your user icon or profile picture.
3. In the profile section, you’ll find options to edit and update your personal details.

Accessing Comprehensive Data:

For a more comprehensive view of your data, including account creation date and device activity, follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are logged into your Nivafy account.
2. Visit our dedicated accounts website or access ‘Account Actions’ within your Nivafy account settings.
3. On the account’s website, select ‘My Data’ or find the ‘My Data’ section within the ‘Account Actions’ settings.
4. Choose the specific data you want to include in your data download.
5. Select the date range for the data you’d like to receive or opt to receive all data.
6. Confirm the email address where you’d like to receive notifications.
7. Click ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the page.

We will send you an email with a download link once your data is ready. Alternatively, you can check recent exports within your account. In the ‘See exports’ section, choose ‘Download’ to export your data. Please note that your ‘My Data’ download will be in the form of a zip file, and you’ll need compatible software to access its contents.
