How do I delete my Nivafy account?

How to delete your Nivafy account
To delete your account if you’re on iOS…
- Tap the ⚙️ button in the Profile screen to open Settings
- Scroll down to ‘Account Actions’
- Tap ‘Delete Account‘
- Follow the steps to delete your account
To delete your Nivafy account if you’re on Android or on the web…
Navigate to the accounts portal and input the username and password for the account you wish to delete. (Keep this information readily available in case you decide to reactivate your account later.)
After you’ve initiated the account deletion, your account will first be deactivated for 30 days. During this period, your connections won’t be able to contact or interact with you on Nivafy. However, you have the option to reactivate your account within those 30 days by logging back into your account. After the 30-day period, the account will no longer be recoverable and we’ll initiate the final account deletion process — which takes an additional 30 days. As a result, your account will be permanently deleted 60 days after you initiate the deletion process. This means that your account, account settings, connections, posts, chats, stories, device data, and location data in our user database will be deleted.
We may retain some personal data for specific legal, security, and business needs. For instance, we’ll retain information about any purchases you may have made through Nivafy, and when you accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
