Your Creative Center Dashboard is your command hub — a visual summary of your performance, productivity, and creative progress on Nivafy.
Here, you can track your content, monitor engagement, access templates, and view your most recent activity — all in one streamlined interface.


Accessing the Dashboard

You can access your dashboard anytime by:

  1. Clicking Creative Center in the sidebar menu.

  2. Selecting Dashboard from the top navigation bar.

Your dashboard opens automatically when you enter the Creative Center.


Overview of Your Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your creative performance and activity through four main sections:


1. Welcome & Quick Actions

At the top, you’ll see a Welcome banner with quick-access options:

  • Start Creating – Opens the Create page to start a new content piece.

  • Browse Templates – Opens the Templates library to choose from ready-made structures.

You’ll also see your available AI credits and a link to Upgrade Plan if you need more generation capacity.


2. Performance Metrics

This section summarizes your creative activity for the week and key performance indicators:

Content Created Shows how many content pieces you’ve generated this week and the percentage change from the previous week.
Engagement Rate Reflects audience interaction and overall performance improvement trends.
Quality Score Displays the AI-evaluated quality rating of your content (e.g., clarity, tone, structure).

At the bottom of your dashboard, you’ll find a quick performance summary for the current week:

The Templates section in the Creative Center gives you instant access to a library of ready-made content frameworks designed for creators, marketers, and businesses.
Each template is optimized by AI to help you produce professional-quality posts, articles, emails, and campaigns — faster and with less effort.


Accessing Templates

You can open the Templates Library in two ways:

  1. From the Creative Center top navigation bar, click Templates.

  2. From the Dashboard, click Browse Templates under the Welcome section.


Exploring the Template Library

The Templates Library contains a diverse range of AI-powered templates grouped by category.
At the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar and filter options that help you find the exact template you need.

You can browse templates by:

  3. Click “Start Creating”
    You’ll be taken to the Content Brief page, where you can:

    • Add your topic, brand, or campaign goal.

    • Let AI generate your content instantly.

  4. Edit or Customize
    Refine the AI output using built-in editing tools to match your voice or brand tone.

  5. Save or Publish
    Save your work as a draft, export it, or publish directly to your Nivafy profile.

Some templates may be purchased individually or accessed through a premium plan.

  • Premium templates often come with enhanced AI prompts, optimized formatting, or niche-specific guidance.

  • You can check your available credits and upgrade directly from the banner at the top of the Templates page.

Creating Content in the Creative Center

The Create section is where your ideas take form.
Whether you’re generating original content for personal use or building new templates to sell on the Nivafy Marketplace, this AI-powered workspace helps you create professional-grade material quickly and easily.


Accessing the Create Page

You can open the Create page in two ways:

  1. Click Create in the top navigation bar inside the Creative Center.

  2. From the Templates page, select a template and click Start Creating — this automatically opens the Create interface.


The Create Interface

The Create workspace is designed for flexibility and precision. It includes three key sections:


1. Content Brief

This is where your creative process begins.
Describe what you want Nivafy’s AI to generate. The more detailed your brief, the more accurate and tailored your result will be.

To start:

  1. In the Content Brief box, enter your prompt or topic.
    Example: “Create a LinkedIn post about how AI helps small businesses save time on marketing.”

  2. You can provide up to 500 characters to describe your idea.

  3. Click Generate with AI to begin the creation process.

Tip: Be specific. Include your goal, target audience, and tone (e.g., professional, casual, inspiring) for the best results.


2. Content Settings

Use this section to fine-tune your output before generation.

Setting Description
Content Length Choose between Short (under 100 words), Medium (100–300 words), or Long (500+ words).
Target Platform Select where the content will be used — e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, Blog, Marketplace Post, etc.
Creativity Level Adjust the slider to control tone: from Conservative (factual, concise) to Creative (expressive, imaginative).

These settings ensure your output fits your needs — whether you’re crafting a professional email or a creative product story.


3. Generate and Review

Once you’ve set your preferences:

  • Click Generate with AI to let Nivafy’s AI produce your draft.

  • Review the generated content on-screen.

  • If you’re satisfied, you can either:

    • Click Publish Now to post or save the content to your profile or marketplace listing.

    • Click Save Draft to refine it later.


Using “Create” to Build Your Own Templates

Beyond personal content creation, you can also design and save your work as reusable templates for yourself or for sale in the Marketplace.

To create a sellable template:

  1. Generate your content using the steps above.

  2. Edit and optimize the structure or prompt.

  3. Save it as a Custom Template under your account.

  4. Once Nivafy Marketplace is live, you’ll be able to list your custom templates for others to purchase or use.

Future Feature: Creators will earn revenue from template sales through the Nivafy Marketplace, with transparent analytics and credit tracking.

The History section helps you keep track of every piece of content you’ve created using the Creative Center.
It provides an organized view of your projects — whether they’re published, sent, or still in draft form — along with valuable engagement insights to measure performance and growth.

You can open your content history by:

  1. Clicking Creative Center in the sidebar.

  2. Selecting History from the top navigation bar.

Your History page is divided into two main areas: Performance Summary and Content Library.


1. Performance Summary

At the top of the page, you’ll find a quick overview of your overall activity:

Below the summary, you’ll find a detailed list of your created content items.
Each entry includes essential details such as title, type, status, platform, engagement level, and performance stats.

Content Information Displayed:

  • Title – The name of your content piece (e.g., Product Launch Announcement).

  • Type – The format of content (e.g., Social Media Post, Blog Article, Email Campaign).

  • Status – Indicates if the content is Published, Sent, or Draft.

  • Engagement Level – Shows how your content performed (e.g., High Engagement, Medium Engagement).

  • Performance Metrics – Displays data such as:

    • Word count

    • Platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Blog, Email)

    • Number of views and likes

    • Time created or updated

Filter Options:
Use the dropdown filters at the top of your History page to sort your content by:

  • Type – Social Media, Blog, Email, etc.

  • Status – Draft, Published, or Sent

  • Order – Newest or Oldest


Editing or Republishing Past Creations

You can open any past content item directly from your History list.
Once opened, you’ll be able to:

  • Edit the existing draft.

  • Duplicate content to use as a base for a new project.

  • Republish or Export the content to another platform (depending on your plan).

Tip: Reusing your best-performing content can save time and help you maintain consistency across campaigns.
