Report a Safety Concern on Nivafy

At Nivafy, we are committed to creating a safe and supportive community for all users. If you ever encounter safety concerns, harassment, or bullying, we encourage you to report them promptly. Together, we can make Nivafy a safer and more enjoyable platform.

To report a safety concern on Nivafy:

Reporting a Content Journeys:

  • If you come across a Journey that raises safety concerns, click the ⋮ (ellipsis) button located in the right corner of the offending Journey.
  • Tap ‘Report Journey’ to let us know about the issue you’ve encountered.

Reporting a Direct Message (DM):

  • For inappropriate or concerning DMs, click the ⋮ (ellipsis) button located in the right corner of the offending message.
  • Select ‘Report DM’ to report on the issue and provide details about the incident.

Reporting a User Account:

  • To report a Nivafy user account, press and hold on the user’s profile name.
  • Choose the “More” option (or tap the ⚙ button) to access additional options.
  • Select ‘Report User’ to report the account and provide relevant information about the concern.

Managing Your Content Preferences:

  • You can also customize your content preferences on Nivafy.
  • Press and hold a tile on your ExploreHub screen.
  • Tap ‘Hide’ or ‘Unsubscribe’ to tailor your ExploreHub experience.

European Union Users Only: Reporting Illegal Content as per Article 16 of the Digital Services Act at Nivafy

For users within the European Union: If you encounter content on Nivafy that you believe is illegal, you can report it directly within the app. If you come across a content that raises concerns, click the ⋮ (ellipsis) button located in the right corner of the offending content. To do this, simply engage with the specific content and follow the in-app prompts to ‘Report’ it. We ask that you provide as much detail as possible in your report, including why you believe the content is illegal, to assist us in our review process.

We strongly recommend using the in-app reporting mechanism for the most efficient handling of your report. However, EU residents also have the option to report illegal content in accordance with Article 16 of the Digital Services Act. This can be done through an alternative channel, which can be accessed here.

Using these reporting channels helps us to promptly address and take appropriate action against illegal content, ensuring a safer and more compliant environment for all our users.
