1. Locate the search bar at the top of any Nivafy page.

2. Type your friend’s name or username and press Enter.

3. From the search results, click on their profile picture or name.

4. On their profile page, click the Follow button (visibility depends on their privacy settings).

5. Once clicked, the button will change to Following, confirming that you’re now connected.

Tip: You can also follow users directly from posts, comments, or community sections by clicking their name and selecting Follow.

Expand Your Network

People You May Know

Nivafy’s People You May Know feature suggests potential connections based on:

• Mutual friends

• Shared interests

• Common networks or communities

You can customize how these suggestions appear by visiting your Notification Settings.

Upload Your Contacts to Find Friends

You can find even more familiar faces by securely syncing your contacts.

To upload your contacts:

1. Go to your Profile Settings.

2. Select Security & Privacy.

3. Click Contacts → Enable Upload Contacts.

4. Depending on your device, grant permission to share your contacts with Nivafy.

Once enabled, Nivafy will suggest people in your contacts who are already on the platform — making it easier to reconnect and expand your network.

How to Unfollow Users on Nivafy

Unfollowing someone on Nivafy is quick and easy — and it gives you more control over the content you see in your feed.
You can unfollow users directly from your Following list or from their individual profile.

Method 1: Unfollow from Your Profile

1. Go to your profile by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner of Nivafy.

2. Under your profile picture, click Following to view the list of people you follow.

3. Find the user you want to unfollow.

4. Click Unfollow next to their name.

Once clicked, you’ll immediately stop seeing their updates in your feed.

Method 2: Unfollow from a User’s Profile

1. Locate the user’s profile you currently follow.

2. Click on their profile photo or name to open their profile.

3. You’ll see a button labeled Following.

4. Click Following — it will change to Unfollow.

5. The user has now been successfully unfollowed.

Tip: You can also unfollow users directly from posts or comments by clicking their name and selecting Unfollow.

What Happens When You Unfollow Someone

• You’ll no longer see their updates, posts, or shared activities in your feed.

• They will not be notified that you’ve unfollowed them.

• You can follow them again anytime by visiting their profile and clicking Follow.

How to View Other Users’ Profiles or People You Follow from Your Profile on Nivafy

• You can also view profiles by clicking a user’s profile picture or name from:

  • Your Home feed

3. This will display the list of all users you currently follow.

Tip: Your profile link is public by default, but you can control who can view your content by adjusting your Privacy Settings.

Nivafy offers two main verification systems: Identity Verification (required for all users) and Profile Badges (available for public figures, brands, and high-achieving members).

1. Identity Verification (Required for All Users)

All Nivafy users must verify their identity during account creation.
This ensures that everyone on the platform is real — eliminating bots, scams, and fake accounts.

• Verification is performed securely through Telesign and ComplyCube, our trusted partners.

• This process confirms your real identity and activates your Nivafy account.

• Once verified, your profile will display a small verified checkmark, indicating your authenticity.

Note: Identity verification is included in the standard account setup at no cost.

2. Premium Profile Badges (Annual Subscription)

To protect the credibility of public figures, creators, and brands, Nivafy offers official Profile Badges that confirm verified identity and prevent impersonation.
These badges require annual renewal to ensure that account ownership and authenticity remain valid and up to date.

Note: Badge verification must be renewed annually. Accounts with expired verification will revert to a standard verified-user status until renewal is completed.

3. Achievement and Recognition Badges (Free)

Nivafy also awards Achievement Badges to celebrate excellence, creativity, and positive community impact.
These badges are free and automatically granted based on performance or contribution.

Examples include:

• Top 100 Gaming Leaderboard Winners – awarded monthly to top players.

   • Add URLs (such as your website, YouTube channel, or portfolio).

   • Connect your social media accounts like Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or Twitch.

4. Click Save to update your profile.

2. Navigate to Account Settings → Click on your name section within Settings.

3. Add or edit your external links and connected accounts.
